Ana Linares is a composer, orchestrator, and sound designer from Granada, Spain, with experience in music for audiovisual media, albums and live performances. She has contributed to productions recognized by the Academy Awards, Golden Globes, Goya Awards and Latin Grammys.
Ana studied Composition and Electronic Production & Design at Berklee College of Music. She is currently continuing her studies at the University of Barcelona specializing in sound design for video games, while working in the film industry.
Ana is particularly passionate about storytelling through sound and using art as a tool for activism. Her work is increasingly focused on supporting and preserving cultural diversity through the lens of ethnomusicology.
